URBAN COW 1/2 MARATHON

Run or walk your way to your first half marathon finish or improve your current time by joining the Urban Cow Half Marathon training program. This training program is 8 weeks and will prepare you for the Urban Cow Half Marathon on Sunday, October 7, 2012.

URBAN COW HALF MARATHON TRAINING
- First group workout Sunday, Aug 12, 2012

- Weeknight workouts (6pm) at 100 Howe Avenue

- Weekend workouts (7:30am) at various American River Trail Locations:
     - Howe, Watt, Sunrise, Folsom & Discovery Park

- Registration: $99 - Opens June 18th!

SUGGESTED ACTIVITY LEVEL PRIOR TO START OF TRAINING
You should be able to run or walk 30-45 minutes, 3 times a week at the start of training.
