Winter Tri Training - Base Building

Are you thinking of doing a triathlon in 2012?  Do you want to stay fit through the holiday season?  Do you want to focus on cross training this winter?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, Winter Tri Training is perfect for you!  Winter Tri Training is an 8-week triathlon program that will focus on base training.  What is base training, you ask?  Base training is the long miles that are done to build your foundation of strength, endurance and mental toughness.   Base training is about time on your bike, in the pool and on the trail.  It is about building up your mileage over time with long steady workouts.  In addition to swimming, biking and running, Winter Tri Training will also include heart rate training, core work, weight lifting and education on proper winter gear, and efficient nutrition strategies.  Base training is critical and with someone like World Champion Coach Jamie at your side, base training is fun, exciting, educational and effective.  Join today!
