Under the guidance of Coach Jamie Whitmore, Fleet Feet Sports Tri Training is THE place to learn to Tri! Coach Jamie is the winner of multiple XTERRA titles including 6 time USA Champion, 2 time European Champion and 2004 World Champion. She has seen it all and done it all - and wants to share her knowledge with you!
This 8-week training program will prepare you for the Tri for Fun (Sprint) on July 7th or the Tri for Real (Olympic) on July 8th. If you are interested in training for the Vineman Half Ironman or Barb's Half Ironman, there is a training option for you, too. If it's your first tri or you want to get faster, Fleet Feet Tri Training is the place to "tri"! Register today! Not sure? WORKOUT DETAILS AND REGISTRATION
- Kick-off and Information Night is Tuesday, May 8th at 7 pm at Fleet Feet Sports, 2311 J Street
- First group workout is Saturday, May 12th at 8 am
- Tuesdays at 6 pm along the American River Trail and William Land Park (run)
- Wednesdays at 7:30 pm at Rio del Oro Racquet Club, Beals Point, or Nimbus (swim)
- 1/2 of the swim workouts will be in open water
- Saturdays at 8 am along the American River Trail (bike/run)
- Goal Event: Tri for Fun/Real (training does not include race entry)
Vineman Half Ironman or Barb's Half Ironman

SUGGESTED LEVEL OF ACTIVITY PRIOR TO JOINING THE PROGRAM
- Currently able to run or run/walk a minimum of 2 miles
- Currently able to swim non-stop for 50 yards
- Currently able to bike non-stop for 10 miles

There is a minimum of 15 people for this program to take place. A full refund will be given if the class is cancelled.
