Training for a 5K (3.1 miles) is a great way to launch or improve your fitness routine. Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento will help get you in shape and give you the tools to master the 5K distance. If you are a true beginner (just off the couch), the No Boundaries I program is perfect for you. If you are already somewhat active and want to learn to love running or walking, No Boundaries II is right for you. If you are hoping for more personalized training, check out FIT training.
