No Boundaries I
Get off your couch and get moving. No Boundaries I is for minimally active or inactive people who need a supportive, non-competitive environment to learn to love walking or walk/running. We start with 1-mile and gradually get to just over 3 miles and to the finish line of a 5K (3.1 miles) in 10-weeks.
