No Boundaries II
No Boundaries II is for the Advanced-Beginner, a person with a basic level of fitness who wants to become a consistent runner or walker. Over 8-weeks, we will help you increase your fitness with workouts starting at 2 miles and building to 5 miles. This program is perfect for the No Boundaries I graduate, the 5K finisher looking for a little more intensity and the half marathon hopeful who wants extra training before tackling that distance. Currently active walkers, walk/runners and runners will find just what they are looking for in No Boundaries II. Just getting started? Check out No Boundaries I.
NO BOUNDARIES II: JUNE to JULY 2012 - REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
- First group workout Monday, June 4, 2012
- Group workouts Mondays and Wednesdays (6pm) in William Land Park
- Goal Event: No completion event, it's just good to stay fit in the summer
- Consider Boot Camp as a cross training activity on Tuesdays and Thursdays

- Goal Event: Urban Cow 5K (training fee does not include race entry)
