If you are looking to learn a variety of trails to run on or just want to have some friends to join you check out our new Trailheads Training Program.   For 6-weeks our coaches, Mo Bartley & Mark Quillici, will help you explore the trails as the leaves start to change color and weather becomes perfect.

TRAILHEADS TRAIL TRAINING

WORKOUT LOCATIONS
First group workout is Sunday, October 14 at 7:30 am.  Group workouts are every Sunday at 7:30 am.  Workouts will be held in the Auburn foothills.  All workouts be a 45 - 55 minute drive from downtown. You will learn a variety of trails that you can return to and enjoy for years to come.

SUGGESTED ACTIVITY LEVEL PRIOR TO START OF TRAINING
Because of the "wild" nature of this training, there are a few prerequisites for joining the program:
- Currently running 4 - 5 days/wk. and a minimum of 45 - 50 minutes per run
- Injury free and able to run continuously for 4-5 miles on trail (first long workout)
- Average pace of 11:00 minutes per mile or faster (on the road). 
- Not afraid of dirt, enjoy beautiful scenery and love a challenge!

- 5-time Western States 100 Finisher
- Represented the US Women's Team in the World 100 km Championship

Mark:
- Mark's will be there for you like no one else can.  Mark is a graduate of Fleet Feet Training Programs quite a few years back and has become one of our go to coaches for our beginner's No Boundaries program and he has become a trail expert over the last 3 to 4 years.  Mark has multiple Ultra Marathon finishes.
