It's time to get healthy and active with women just like you! With an option for all levels there is something for everyone. So grab your mother, sister, daughter or friend and let's train for the Kaiser Permanente Women's Fitness Festival 5k or 10k. Together, we can be "stronger than yesterday". 

5k Training/Beginner's Fitness

Focuses on beginners, but welcome to all levels of walkers and runners. Structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5k race in just 10 weeks!

10k Training/Intermediate

Whether this is your first 10k or you're ready for a challenge, this program was designed for you. Gather your girls and get ready for fun with this 12 week program!
Training Program: Fleet Feet 360
Start Date: 
March 18th or 19th @ 7:30am

Program Schedule: Wednesday 5:45am OR 6pm, Saturday 7:30am OR Sunday 7:30am
