Training that fits YOU! With morning or evening speed workouts, your choice of weekend workouts, plus 3 distance levels to choose from, YOU decide how YOU train!

Ready to rock? Here are the details. 

-Wednesday- Speed Workout- 5:45am OR 6:00pm (60 min class)
-Saturday OR Sunday- Long Distance- 7:30am (length dependent on distance/pace)
-Optional Add-On: Monday and/or Thursday- Functional Fitness- 5:45am OR 6:00pm (60 min class)

-Midweek- 5:45am at William Land Park. 6pm near Howe parkway access. 
-Weekend- along American River Parkway; from Discovery Park to Folsom. 

Distance Levels Offered: (All levels meet together)
-10k (6.2 miles)- supporting all paces
-1/2 Marathon (13.1 miles)- supporting all paces
-1/2 Marathon + (intermediate 13.1)- supporting all paces up to 14 min/mile
-All levels offered for all sessions (even if there is not a corresponding race distance).

-Price: $119.00
-Functional Fitness Add-On: 1 day a week (Monday OR Thursday)- $40.00. 2 days a week (Monday AND Thursday)- $75.00.

-Designed for the beginning runner or walker looking to increase distance or for the enthusiast looking to keep up their fitness level during off seasons. 
-Level- Walk, Run/Walk, Run
-Paces- All paces supported 
-Starting Mileage- 3 miles
-Specific Education for that next level runner or walker. 
-Prerequisites- Ability to walk, walk/run or run continuously for 20-30 minutes, 2-3x a week for at least 1-2 months prior. 

 Half Marathon
-Designed for the first time half-marathoner or the trainee looking to get back on track after time off
-Level- Walk, Run/Walk and Run
-Paces- All paces supported
-Starting Mileage- 5 miles
-Education on topics specific to long distance running, run/walking or walking. 
-Prerequisites- Ability to walk, run/walk or run continuously for 30-45 minutes, 3-4x a week for at least 2-3 months prior. 

Half Marathon+
-Designed for the run/walker or runner looking to take their training to the next level. 
-Level- Run/Walk, Run
-Paces- All paces supported under 14 min/mile
-Starting Mileage- 7 miles
-Specific education aimed at pace and performance improvement. 
-Prerequisites- Ability to run/walk or run continuously for 45-60 minutes, 3-4x a week for at least 6 months prior.
